This is a 7 day diet plan you should follow.

Day 01


This is the starting day of your diet plan.

You will need variety of fruits like Apple, Orange, Watermelon Papaya. You can choose your favorite fruits as you can, but except Banana.

You can eat as much as you like. There to e are no restrictions on when you eat, how much you eat.

As well as you are instructed to drink 8 to 12 glasses of water during the day.

There is no point of starving, so when you feel hungry, you can grab some fruits.

Day 02


It’s second day of your dieting race! Also it’s a vegetable day. You can choose any vegetable you like. Carrots, Beans, Cucumber, tomatoes are some healthiest options.

You can cook these vegetables as your preference. But oil is not allowed.

as the day 01 you can eat as much as you like any rime.

So when you feel hungry, grab some vegetables.

Day 03


Day 03 is a combination of day 01 and day 02.

Now your body will adjusted for your new diet plan. So this day you can prepare a meal with fruits and vegetables except banana and potatoes. And drink water as much as possible.

Day 04


This day is differ from other days. The fruit that have been asked to avoid is finally permitted.

You need only 8 bananas and 4 glasses of milk only. Distribute these 8 bananas over the day and eat any time you wish. do not eat more than 8 bananas and use only 4 glasses of milk.

It may be a rough day but you only have to pass 3 more days. So do not give up.

Day 05


This day you can have a meal including rice and have a lean protein source like chicken breast or fish. Also need to add six tomatoes for your meal. It is recommended to use small amount of oil for the whole cooking. As well as you must increase the amount of water you drink up to minimumĀ  15 glasses.

Day 06


It is same as day 05. Only you have to do is add some vegetables to your meal. Vegetables have to be boiled, not fried. make your meal with chicken or fish and boiled vegetables.

Today you will notice visible weight loss.

Day 07

It is the last day of your diet plan. In this day you can have a meal including rice and boiled vegetables and have a sugarless fruit juice after every meal. Vegetables should be boiled and not to be fried. you can add lean protein source like chicken breast or fish.

After this week of diet plan your weight may reduced between 5kg to 10kg.
